We hosted our first combat event in 2024 and it’s already an eagerly awaited classic. Now known as the Streamer Scramble it provides an opportunity for anyone and everyone to try R/C combat in about as relaxed an environment as can be had for combat. It essentially is a bunch of model airplanes flying around in a confined space with crepe streamers being dragged behind the aircraft. There will four, four minute heats for points. Points are earned by cutting streamers of your “enemies” and for spot landing at the end of the four minute heat. Crashes will occur, a Tu-Tu will be worn and mayhem is quite likely. Sounds like fun.
